Can I return a voucher?

We want you to have a feel good experience each and every time you buy a TreatTicket.

If, for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do what we can (within reason) to put things right.

We handle our returns on a case by case basis. However, unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.
